These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by HostPilot at hostpilotkit.com. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. The Product

HostPilot sells a digital "Airbnb Host Operations Kit" including PDF guides, spreadsheet templates, message templates, AI prompts, SOPs, checklists and automation files. All items are delivered as digital downloads.

2. Digital License & Use

• Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own rental business.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the product or any part of it.
• You may use the included templates and messages within your own business without restriction.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn't meaningfully reduce your hosting workload within 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund. After 30 days, purchases are final.

4. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

The product is an operational tool, not an earnings program. We make no guarantee of specific financial results. Your results depend on your own properties, market, and execution.

5. "As Is" Disclaimer

The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy, tools and platform policies (e.g. Airbnb) change; you're responsible for verifying current best practices in your market.

6. Support

Support is available via email for purchase and setup questions. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostPilot's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
